For suppliers

You supply the product.
We help with the request.

For smaller businesses asked to provide environmental information without a dedicated sustainability team. You do not need to know every reporting term before starting.

Our initial pilot focus

Packaging & printing suppliers
with a live customer request.

We are testing a focused first service. Other suppliers are considered where the request, available records and expertise fit.

Sound familiar?

It often starts
with a message like this.

A customer email

“Please provide your annual electricity use and carbon emissions.”

Illustrative request

A supplier questionnaire

“Complete these environmental questions and attach supporting evidence.”

Illustrative request

An RFP or tender

“Describe your environmental policies, data and improvement initiatives.”

Illustrative request

An assessment request

“Organize the documents needed for a sustainability assessment.”

Before a project begins

Start small.
Share only what is needed.

A non-confidential description is enough for the first conversation. Sensitive records can wait until the scope and sharing process are agreed.

Tell us about the request

Helpful for our first conversation

  1. What arrived?A brief description of the email, form or questionnaire.
  2. When is it due?The deadline and reporting period, if known.
  3. Who is involved? The internal person coordinating your response.
  4. What do you have?A general description of available records—not the confidential files themselves.

A few useful answers

New to this?
That is okay.

Do we need an emissions inventory already?

No. We can start by identifying what the request requires and what records are available. Calculation methods, boundaries and any specialist review are agreed within the scope.

Can you help with EcoVadis or CDP-related requests?

We can discuss environmental-data and documentation preparation within an agreed scope. These assessments may cover topics beyond environmental data, so additional expertise and client participation may be needed. We are not the rating or disclosure platform and do not guarantee an outcome.

How much does a pilot cost?

We agree the fee after reviewing the request, reporting period, sites, available information and review needs. The scope and fee are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Can you work with suppliers in India or the US?

We are exploring remote-first supplier support across these markets. Location-specific requirements, site work and specialist needs are assessed before accepting a project; suitability is not assumed.

Is the Sustainability Passport software?

No. It is a structured record of sources, approved answers, dates and gaps. The demonstration on this website is an interactive synthetic example, not a functioning client platform.

Do you submit the response for us?

We prepare the response for your review and approval. Any authorized submission support must be explicitly agreed; you retain responsibility for approving company information.

You do not need perfect records

Start with the real request.

Start with a brief, non-confidential description. We will discuss the scope before any project begins.
